In 2004 Shannon Felsot began the process
of concepting and developing the packaging for the brands for the Motovino
Portfolio. Her goal was to create eye catching packaging that would reflect
the individual personality of each of the blends. In addition she sought
to create a strong family identity amongst the brands that would tie the
motovino portfolio together.
Felsot has been designing packaging for
most of her career. She has developed the packaging for many other brands
of wine in addition to designing packaging for other products from the
U.S., France and Spain.
As a graphic designer, and painter, Felsot
strongly believes that all of her pursuits are a natural extention of
her artistic explorations. Felsot received her B.A. in Scenic Design from
the University of Florida in 1992, and her Graduate Degree in Graphic
Design from the Portfolio Center here in Atlanta in 1996. She has been
working as a graphic designer for the past 9 years.
